VOH Mongu recently received chalkboards for the children’s homes. The kids love practicing their drawing and writing on the chalkboards. The young kids at the homes are learning how to write their names and some of the older kids are trying out their drawing skills by drawing each other. We are so grateful to everyone who helped us provide these boards for our kids!

The girls at VOH Malawi were thrilled to have a Saturday afternoon netball match at another childcare campus here in the city of Lilongwe. The competition was fierce and the girls had a lot of fun!

VOH Burundi is happy to report good changes in Thierry’s life! When he was a baby, Thierry was abandoned by his mother when she left him in the house and ran away. When they heard him crying, Thierry’s neighbours opened the door and found him inside. A generous lady from the community took him in despite the fact she had no source of income to raise him. Thierry was brought to VOH and now lives in our children’s home where all his needs are looked after. He is full of hope.
