Welcome to your Donor Dashboard! Here you can access your donation history, manage your recurring donations, and edit your donor profile.
Don't have a sponsorship account?
In July 2022, we launched a new sponsorship site and system and we are in the process of transitioning all sponsors to the new system.
Please fill out our Sponsorship Transition Form if you:
(1) Signed up for sponsorship prior to July 2022 and haven't completed the transition process yet.
(2) Signed up for your sponsorship on our main site vohafrica.com and currently manage your sponsorships via the Donor Dashboard.
(3) Signed up for your sponsorship many years ago and don’t have a Sponsorship Account or Donor Dashboard account.
If you are unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to let you know if your sponsorship needs to be transitioned. Thank you for being a VOH sponsor!

Log in to Your Dashboard
To access your Donor Dashboard and manage your non-sponsorship donations and payment methods, enter your email address in the pop-up box below. You will receive an email with a link that will grant you access to your dashboard.
For help with using the Dashboard, please refer to the guide at the bottom of this page.
Donor Dashboard
Use the Donor Dashboard to:
- View your Donation History
- Update your payment information (for recurring, non-sponsorship donations)
- Edit your donor profile for this website (update your name or email address for future automated receipts and email notifications)
If you need to manage your sponsorship(s): please do so through your Sponsorship Account.
How to Use the Donor Dashboard
Below are step-by-step guides for using the Donor Dashboard to manage your non-sponsorship donations.
Updating Your Payment Method
- Are you updating information related to your sponsorship(s)? Please use your Sponsorship Account instead. If you don’t have a Sponsorship Account, please fill out our Sponsorship Transition Form to move your sponsorship(s) to our new system.
- To manage payment information for non-sponsorship donations, log in to the donor dashboard by entering the email address associated with your donations in the pop-up box. You will receive an email with an access link, which will bring you back to this page where you will now be able to view your donor dashboard.
- Click “Recurring Donations” (number 3 in the left sidebar)
- Find the Subscription (i.e. recurring donation) you want to update and click “Manage Subscription”, which will appear below it in green.
- Update your payment method using the box provided.
- Repeat for any other recurring donations you need to update your payment method for.
View Donation History
- Login to the donor dashboard by entering the email address associated with your donations in the pop-up box. You will receive an email with an access link, which will bring you back to this page where you will now be able to view your donor dashboard.
- Click “Donation History” (number 2 in the left sidebar)
- Here you can view your full donation history and view receipts (note: these are not official tax receipts)
Edit Your Donor Profile
IMPORTANT NOTE: Updating your information here will only update it for donation notifications from this website (i.e. donation confirmations and accessing your Donor Dashboard). We will not be notified when you update your information here and your information will not be updated elsewhere (i.e. official tax receipts, our sponsorship database, email newsletters etc). If your name, email, or address has changed and you need to notify us, please update your information here on your Donor Dashboard and then also contact us directly. Thank you!
- Login to the donor dashboard by entering the email address associated with your donations in the pop-up box. You will receive an email with an access link, which will bring you back to this page where you will now be able to view your donor dashboard.
- Click “Edit Profile” (number 4 in the left sidebar)
- Here you can update your name, email, and other personal information.
