As we approach Christmas let us not lose sight of what we are celebrating. As John writes in his Gospel, “The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world.”
For the past couple of months, I have been memorizing Psalm 42. I use a specific technique that helps one memorize large portions of scripture.
Last month, leaders from all eight Village of Hope locations gathered in Mwanza, Tanzania for our annual leadership conference. This year was our largest group ever with a total of 31 participants.
I decided that day that I want to live my life in such a way that I stand out; I do not want to live as one who just blends in. I want to live my life bringing joy to others as I move by the blowing of the spirit though my life.
