The school at VOH Kitwe is at it again! The school administration and the Kachimfya youth empowerment program joined efforts to run the 2015 Career EXPO. This is the 4th year that we have held this annual event. The purpose of the EXPO is to give the high school students an opportunity to have an exposure to small business ideas and learn entrepreneurial skills.
This year the fair had: Arts + Crafts, Music, Personal Budgeting, Baking, knitting, and Popcorn making. The Youth Hall was full of activities and at the end of the rounds of the booths the students had time to engage the facilitators with explorative questions.
Both the high school and Kachimfya students had a grand time of interaction with new small-scale job initiatives!
